Angular v22 Support

Wallaby now supports Angular CLI v22 projects and workspaces using Vitest or Karma with the esbuild-based builder. Update Wallaby before moving your project to Angular 22.

This update adapts Wallaby to Angular 22’s compilation changes and fixes source map handling for Vitest with Vite 8, so coverage indicators and test locations match your original TypeScript source.
